What PDFs can I buy and what is in each?
Basic Floor Plan is the entry product: the indicative room layout. Elevations and Sections show exterior elevations, floor levels, ceiling heights and the roof profile. Bill of Quantities (BoQ) is an indicative schedule of quantities and costs, with provisional substructure items.
Elevations and Sections and the BoQ are drawn from the Basic Floor Plan, so the Basic Floor Plan is added to your package if you choose either. You choose the PDFs one plan at a time; there is no cart.
The drawings do not include foundation or structural design.
These are design and planning drawings. Before construction or county approval, have a registered architect (BORAQS) and a structural engineer (EBK) review them and produce the required drawings, and use an NCA-registered contractor.
Foundations, footings, columns, beams, slabs and reinforcement are NOT designed or shown in these drawings. They depend on soil conditions (for example black cotton soil), loading and local requirements, and must be designed by a registered structural engineer (EBK) after a site and soil assessment. Substructure quantities and costs in the Bill of Quantities are provisional and indicative only. Do not start construction from these drawings.
