What fits a Other / custom plot?
Published plans for this preset will be summarised here. A plot preset is a starting point, not a guarantee of fit: the usable area depends on plot shape, slope, access, easements and the setbacks that apply in your county. Compare each plan's footprint with your plot using the plot-fit finder, then check with your county planning office.
